FL death metal act CANNIBAL CORPSE will be hitting the road for 4 weeks in support of their upcoming release Evisceration Plague, which is set to decimate the metal world on Tuesday February 3rd. Support for the North American tour, presented by Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, will come from The Faceless, Neuraxis, and Obscura and kicks off on April 2nd in Asheville, NC at the Orange Peel. Alex Webster of CANNIBAL CORPSE comments; “We are very excited to be touring the US and Canada with Neuraxis, The Faceless, and Obscura. This is a killer lineup as each band is extreme and heavy but has their own unique style. We're playing a number of cities we rarely get to on this tour, so be sure to check the tour dates closely...you don't want to miss this one!”
In other Cannibal news the band just filmed the first video for the album which will be for the title track Evisceration Plague. The video shoot took place on Jan 21st in Northern NJ and was directed by Dale Resteghini who has worked with a stellar list of diverse artists of today such as Fall Out Boy, Diddy, Jim Jones, Hatebreed, Mudvayne, Shadows Fall, Li'l Wayne, Cypress Hill, The Red Chord, 3 Inches of Blood, and Trivium.
