Comedian/Actor Brian Posehn will guest host this weekend’s edition of MTV2’s Headbanger’s Ball.

Brian will play host to the renowned heavy metal music-video show this Saturday, October 7th in place of Headbanger’s Ball host Jamey Jasta (who is currently on tour with his band HATEBREED).

Additionally, Brian will be making the television premier of his music video for "Metal By Numbers", one of the musical tracks taken from his album ‘Live In: Nerd Rage’. The video illustrates Brian’s view on today’s metal scene and features appearances from Scott Ian (ANTHRAX / DAMNOCRACY) and Joey Vera (ARMORED SAINT/FATES WARNING).

Brian Posehn will also be entering the SIRIUS Satellite Radio station tomorrow, Saturday October 6th @ 3:00 pm EST for ‘At One With Hard Attack.’

‘At One With Hard Attack’ is an hour long program on SIRIUS Channel 27 Hard Attack, where Brian will join host Scotty The Body to talk about his new record, ‘Live In: Nerd Rage’, his part on The Comedians of Comedy tour, and all things metal. Brian will also be playing DJ during the hour set as he picks songs from his favorite metal acts as well as one of the musical tracks from ‘Live In: Nerd Rage’ that he co-wrote with ANTHRAX’s Scott Ian.
